How do I redeem my points?
Once you have earned enough points for the options available (you can see the options on the redemption page), simply select the voucher or in the future a gift box of your choice and input your address details. Once this has been submitted you will see that your choice has been requested.
Claim in progress
Once we have reviewed your request and checked that we have the information we need to process, you will see the status of your request, change from: Requested, Approved through to Claimed. The process takes around 24/48 hours, but in practice it is usually a lot faster.
Approved
Once your claim has been approved, all you need to do is wait for your Amazon voucher to be emailed to you.
